How does it work?
With a single click from your own PC/laptop anywhere in the world, secure state-of-the-art conferencing technology enables you to receive instant, personalised, cost-effective coaching and training, at your convenience, directly from your experienced Personal Adviser in the UK.
With a headset and webcam (no software to download), you will both appear live on screen and hear each other clearly for an interactive face-to-face discussion. You will be able simultaneously to view documents (Word, Excel etc) and/or PowerPoint presentations, which either of you can annotate to highlight problems or explore solutions.
There is also a whiteboard to generate ideas, as well as text chat, if necessary, and you can practise or role-play potential scenarios privately and confidentially.

Consultations are simple to arrange and just as simple to join:
- Contact us by e-mail, telephone or Skype to explain your needs and request a convenient time.
- You will receive an e-mail invitation to the consultation containing an internet hyperlink (website address) to the session.
At the arranged time:
- connect your webcam, if available (exit from any other applications using the webcam)
- connect your headset (or microphone and speakers)
- click on the internet hyperlink
- follow the simple instructions.
